STALCO's Customer Service Department is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., except for Holidays and public holidays.

How long is the warranty on STALCO tools?

STALCO products have a 2-year warranty. The exceptions are STALCO power tools (3 years) and PERFECT (4 years).

How long does the repair take?

The user usually receives the repaired tool after 3–5 business days.

Do I get a warranty after the repair?

In the case of paid repair, the warranty is 6 months and covers the replaced spare parts.

What is the shipping cost for repair?

In the case of warranty repairs, we do not add shipping costs.
In the case of repairs after the warranty period, shipping is free.

How should I pack the tool?

The tool should be packed in such a way that it will not be damaged during transport.
For further information on packaging, please refer to our carrier's general terms and conditions.

How much does it cost to collect the tool?

Collection of the tool for repair is free of charge, at the expense of the service.

What happens if I don't accept the repair estimate?

The customer can decide whether the tool should remain in the central service, where it will be sent for disposal, or send it back. In the case of return shipment, the service will charge a handling fee, about which it will inform.

Where can I repair a damaged tool?

The damaged tool can be sent directly to the central service. Another option is to take the tool to a local distributor or power tool dealer for repair.

When sending the tool directly to the service center, remember to attach copies of the purchase documents.
