INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING PARCELS TO STALCO
Dear Customers,
Thank you very much for placing your trust in Stalco and choosing our products. We are proud to provide solutions that meet your expectations.
In order to ensure uninterrupted satisfaction with our products, we have prepared a manual to deal with potential failures. In the event of any technical problems, we invite you to take advantage of our free delivery service.
HOW TO LODGE A COMPLAINT FOR POWER TOOLS
1. Fill in the complaint form available here. Send the completed form together with proof of purchase (from the end user) to Stalco Warranty Service:

Wait for a reply.
2. Pack the power tool, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it as much as possible from damage. If the tool is to be sent for warranty service from outside Poland, prepare a parcel with the following parameters:
the maximum weight of one parcel in a shipment must not exceed 31.5 kg (do not send power generators, painting and plastering units, air dryers),
heavy equipment, such as pressure washers, must be very well-protected during transport (cushioning filler on all sides, including the bottom of the packaging),
the maximum height of the parcel must not exceed 175 cm (longest side),
the parcel must be rectangular in shape with no protruding oversized elements,
the waybill should be affixed to the upper surface of the parcel,
a parcel with the following dimensions is eligible for transport:
2x length + 2x width + height = 300 cm.
The following may not be sent:
• cylindrical, circular or oval parcels, such as a tube,
• irregularly shaped parcels, including parcels that are not packed in a regular shaped cardboard box/packaging,
• parcels with protruding parts or wrapped in material that prevents free movement on the sorter, such as rubber,
• parcels with the longest side exceeding a maximum length of 175 cm,
• parcels consisting of two separate parts joined together in one irregular whole, e.g. by means of foil, tape (if it is necessary to send two parcels of different sizes, they should be packed in a single cardboard box of regular shape).
NOTE
Improperly packed parcels will not be accepted by the Stalco Service and transport costs will be charged to the principal.
The shipment service allows shipments to be sent from the following countries:
• Croatia,
• Czech Republic,
• Lithuania,
• Latvia,
• Germany,
• Romania,
• Slovakia,
• Hungary.
International orders should only be submitted on business days, i.e. Monday to Friday by 4 p.m.
Include the completed warranty card and complaint form, a copy of the proof of purchase (receipt, invoice), and the contact telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Go to:Send parcel
The interface language can be changed under the flag symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
4. Specify whether the parcel is to be collected from your home or office (company) address by ticking the appropriate box:

5. In the form that opens, enter your contact details and proceed to the second part by clicking the button:![]()
6. In the box:

Give the name of the tool(s) the complaint applies to. You can use model numbers.
7. In the next step, tick the Other reason box:

and enter the code received from Stalco Warranty Service.
8. Enter the parcel weight:

The system automatically classifies the parcel to the appropriate size group.
9. Select the parcel delivery (return) method:

Collection from home means collection from a residential or company address. You can also send your parcel at a DPD pick-up point.
10. Go to the next page (by clicking ) – you will find a summary
of your submission.
Check the data you have entered and confirm your submission by clicking the button:

11. Once you have completed the form correctly, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. If you have not received a confirmation, this means that the collection order has failed and must be generated again.
The DPD courier will collect the parcel the next business day. All documents required for sending the parcel will be provided by the courier. The repaired tool will be sent back to you at the address from which it was delivered.
If a chargeable repair is required, our technicians will contact you by telephone or e-mail.
