STALCO Customer Service is available on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays and public holidays.

STALCO products come with a 2-year warranty. The exception is STALCO power tools (3 years) and PERFECT tools (4 years). Please familiarize yourself with the information in the WARRANTY TERMS section. WARUNKI GWARANCJI

The user usually receives the repaired tool within 3-5 business days.

In the case of a paid repair, the warranty is 6 months and covers the replaced spare parts.

For warranty repairs, no shipping costs are charged.

In the case of repairs after the warranty period, the shipment is free of charge.

The tool should be packaged in a way that prevents damage during transport.

Further information on packaging can be found in the general terms of our carrier.

Tool pickup for repair is free of charge, at the service's expense.

The customer can decide whether the tool should remain in the central service, where it will be disposed of, or whether it should be returned. In the case of return shipping, the service will charge a handling fee, as notified.

The damaged tool can be sent directly to the central service. Another option is to hand over the tool for repair to a local distributor or at a power tool retail store.

 

When sending the tool directly to the service, remember to include a copy of the purchase documents.
