Instructions for Use

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are hard and free of dirt (dust, grease).
2. Application: Apply adhesive to the bonding surface in horizontal lines (line width approx. 8–10 mm).
3. Bonding: Press surfaces together and allow the adhesive to cure.
4. Heavy Objects: For heavier objects, use additional mechanical fastening for 24 hours.
5. Cleaning: Use a cleaning agent for fresh mass and tools. Remove cured mass mechanically and clean residue with a cleaning agent.
6. Joint Width: Minimum width is 6 mm, maximum is 20 mm.

How to Apply HEROS Adhesive

1. Application Nozzle: The HEROS adhesive cartridge comes with a V-shaped nozzle for optimal extrusion force and proper adhesive application.
2. Positioning: Hold the cartridge perpendicular to the surface.
